This website (www.11thnuneaton.org.uk and its associated pages) is written designed and owned by Chris Cottrell, and its therefore his responsibility. I publish this site on behalf of 11th Nuneaton (Weddington) Scout Group yet neither the Scout Group nor the Scout Association are responsible for its content. I do not and can not record any details such as email address, IP address or other contact details of users of this site. If you provide your email address on the guestbook or on a feedback form, I will only use it if i feel it necessary to reply to you directly. Please remember that in the case of the guestbook your email address will be displayed to all users. I have removed the '@' and 'dots' so you are protected from automatic spamming robots. I do not log what Operating System you use, Browser details or the size of your display. I do not use Cookies. The content of other websites linked to from this site are not the responsibility of me or 11th Nuneaton (Weddington) Scout Group. I try not to caption any photographs with the names of members, particularly younger members. I have no legal requirement to do this, however I feel it is in the best interests of Scouting. If anyone has any objections to photographs of themselves or their children being published on the site, please contact me and they will removed, however please remember the rights of the photographer are greater than that of the subject. For further information, please see page three of this Scout Association Factsheet. If photographs are submitted to me, I assume that they are for publication. I never give out the surnames of anyone, only first names. In the case of material of a sensitive nature, such as leader names and phone numbers or meeting plans, this content is protected by password. Newsletter material never links to photographs, so identity of members is protected. By using this website you agree that neither Chris Cottrell nor 11th Nuneaton (Weddington) Scout Group are intensionally doing anything with the publishing of this site other than promoting Scouting and our Group. I run this site in my very limited spare time, do not make a profit out of it and do it out of the kindness of my heart for the benefits of other people, in the same way as Leaders run the Group. I know this doesn't sound very professional, but if you want professional, legal talk, then by all means, pay a lawyer for me!
