- Had a great time, with the 11th Nuneaton Scouts, from 1987 as a Cub, to when I left the pack as a leader in 1996. Have learned a great deal with the pack. Many fond memories!
Is Gaz Cotterill still about? He was my leader when i was a scout. Have got alot of respect for him. Hope to see you all soon. Steven Smith

- I was a member when the old hut burnt down in Weddington and we had to have sponsored walks to raise money for the new one. During that time we used the weddington Social Club. I cannot remeber the year the new building was completed but it was after my time which was between 1966 and 1971 (I think)I was also in the Cubs and then the Venture Scouts when the leader was Doug Shorter. The Scout leader at the end of my time was Gary Cottrell who eventually took over from Mick Slack after a difficult period for the group. David Smith

i have to agree with chris about the tenby camp 95! the best bit was going swimming the day after the coastal walk (where we ended up in a danger zone with the MOD firing things at us but thats another story), with white feet, ankles and rucsac strap marks and RED everywhere else - i can feel the pain!! - Dave Jones
